Making a conference call meeting from your computer

You can make a conference call meeting of the computers that are recognized by your BlackBerry ® device. When the meeting via conference call has started, the participants who have a BlackBerry device to follow the meeting via conference call with the Join Now option, if their device supports this feature.

Before you begin: To perform this task, you must be the meeting or make the meeting on behalf of the meeting organizer. For information about making the meeting on behalf of others, see the documentation on your computer.

•  In the meeting notes, or the meeting location field, type CCP: conference call bridge number and participant. Do not include spaces.
• Type in lowercase x. Do not include spaces before or after x.
• Type the participant access code. Type a space after the participant access code.
• CCM Type: conference call bridge number and moderator. Do not include spaces.
• Type in lowercase x. Do not include spaces before or after x.
• Type the access code moderators. Type a space after the moderator passcode.

For example

If a bridge number participants and moderator of the conference call  is 1-800-555-5555, moderator access code is 55555 # , and participant access code is 55551 #, type CCP: 18005555555x55555 # CCM: 18005555555x55551 #, followed by a space.
